Terms and Conditions

The customer warrants that:

  1. Their pet/s is/are not suffering from an infectious disease.
  2. The relevant health information will be supplied prior to boarding.
  3. Dietary information will be supplied.
  4. Each pet has had a flea treatment not more than 1 month prior to the time of boarding.
  5. Each pet has had adequate intestinal worm treatment not more than 3 months prior to admission.
  6. Each pet has had heart worm treatment within the prescribed period of their regular prevention period (ie: annual injection, oral monthly etal).

The customer acknowledges and accepts that:

Prior to boarding we will request and require evidence of each pets current vaccination certificate (C5 or equivalent for dogs and F3 for cats) which must remain current for the time of boarding.

Pets will only be delivered into the hands of the owner or responsible adult. Our home service requires the owner or a responsible member of the family to be present for collection or delivery.

We will not collect or deliver to unattended homes under any circumstances.

Sparrows In The Treetop shall not be responsible for any loss or injury arising from any cause whatsoever. As dogs are permitted to mix, a minor injury is possible but unlikely. However, this should always be considered. We will not mix/husbandry of ‘Staffordshire Terriers’ Staffys colloquially, or any derivative breeding of staffys unless these pets are from the same family

As dogs are boarded in share accommodation during peak periods, any dog, which is deemed unsuitable to share, will be housed singularly at the pet owners expense. This is in effect during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and School holidays. We would seek to inform pet owner at the earliest possible time should this need arise.

Terms

Admissions to be at Sparrows in the Treetop between 7:30am – 3:30pm strictly.

Collections from us can occur at any time between 7:30am – 3:30pm. There is no need to ring as your pet will be ready on the date that you have nominated. (Please advise if it is likely to be after 2:00pm in fairness to your pets’ welfare.)

Late arrivals or departures will not be accepted or released outside our operating hours as above.

Whilst we are onsite caring for our guests, we are NOT open to the public on Sundays and Public Holidays.

All Accounts to be paid in full upon collection or home delivery.

A Nett 7 day account will carry a fee of 10%, each week thereafter.

*A deposit/booking fee may be requested for certain periods.

**Any Deposits/Booking Fees taken for peak periods will be forfeited upon cancellation and are not transferable.

Management reserve the right to charge the full cost of the proposed stay to clients that fail to arrive during peak periods**

All charges are subject to alteration without notice.

Management reserve the right to refuse any booking or animal on arrival without assigning a reason.

Any animal requiring veterinary treatment during their stay will be taken to the Veterinary Surgeon nominated by the Management. All Veterinary Surgeon’s charges will be paid by the animal’s owner. Charges for transportation to or from such surgery will depend on distance travelled.

During peak periods, dates and services booked will be charged whether used or not.

In accordance with the Code of Practice for the Operation of Boarding Establishments

I hereby agree that if the need arises, my dog may be housed in shared accommodation, or exercised with another dog during its stay at Sparrows In The Tree Top.

This agreement shall be ongoing and is applicable to future bookings.
