Current Certificate Required: To maintain a healthy community, evidence of the dog’s current vaccination certificate (C5 or equivalent) must be provided prior to or upon admission.
Each animal is subject to a check for cleanliness and general condition. If cleaning or delousing is necessary before admission, a charge will apply.
Please use our parking area and ensure your dog is on a lead. If you need assistance getting your dog from the car, please ask our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any animal we believe may present an unreasonable risk to our other guests or staff.
We provide a variety of premium dry and wet foods to suit different tastes and dietary needs. We also allow customers to bring your own food and we can tailor our feeding style and schedule to your preference. If they are on a special diet that we do not supply, we recommend supplying it for the duration of their stay.
Premium food options include: Prime 100 (wet), Diamond Naturals (dry), Taste of the Wild (dry) and Blackhawk (dry).
Note: Dogs are usually not fed on collection day to prevent travel sickness during the drive home.
