  • Operating Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
    If a public holiday falls on Monday we will do a special run on the Tuesday instead or Thursday if the public holiday falls on a Friday.

  • Typical Times: Between 6:00am – 9:00am.

  • No Service: Weekends or Public Holidays.

Need to leave for work? Let us know your departure time and we will do our best to fit you in!

  • Modern Fleet: All pets travel in air-conditioned comfort.

  • Secure Handover: We only collect/deliver to a responsible person. We never leave pets at unoccupied premises.

  • Identification: We comply with all codes of practice to ensure your pet is identified throughout the journey.

  • Vaccination: Please ensure that we receive a copy of your pets current Certificate of Vaccination 48 hours beforehand.

  • Supplies: We supply all bedding, bowls, and food. No need to pack a bag!
